Even though Philip was very busy, he still managed to come to our place two days after I called because this was not an emergency. He was very professional and explained very clearly the problems and his approach to resolve them. I felt very comfortable with him working at my house to fix the problems because I was confident in his knowledge and ability and he seems very reliable. He always kept me informed of the progress of the project, via text message, email, and phone call. After completion of the project, I found that one place still had a minor leakage when outside was raining. He responded within hours and sent his team right away to fix the problem without additional pay as he promised. I’m happy that I made the right decision to hire his company."
